Short Biography

Prof. Jianbo Zhang received his Ph.D. in Aerodynamics from the University of Tokyo, and is currently a professor at School of Vehicle and Mobility, Tsinghua University. His research is both experimental and numerical, focusing in the area of clean power sources such as hydrogen fuel cells and lithium-ion batteries. He has published extensively, including over 70 journal articles and 1 book. He holds 35 patents and patent applications. He is a member of the Scientific Committee of International Symposium of Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy, a member of the Scientific Committee of European Fuel Cell Forum, and serves on the editorial board of the journal Battery, and Automotive Innovation.
